Raffi’s story is one of courage, vision, and commitment. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in biology, he transformed a dream of sharing Eastern Mediterranean culture into a landmark restaurant that became part of Salt Lake City’s culinary fabric for nearly 40 years.
Born into a family rooted in heritage and hospitality, Raffi infused every dish with tradition and every guest experience with heartfelt connection.
